IWOM Outerwear LLC offers a 90 day money back guarantee on online purchases. Special ordered items are not eligible for returns unless they have a manufacturer's defect. Shipping costs are non-refundable and return shipping fees are the responsibility of the customer.
When washing your IWOM Hunting Suit, first open all of the zippers so that is allows water to flow through it and not get trapped. Remove the fleece lined hand warmer insert by detaching the Velcro in the inside of the cuff opening. Turn XT inside out so that the inner lining that was closest to your body is exposed. For the wash settings be sure to use gentle option with cold water. Hang air drying is recommended. Hang the XT inside out for one day, then turn XT camo side out for the second day of drying. At the end of the second day reinstall the hand warmer insert by first turning the cuffs inside out. Insert the fleece muff with the U shape down. Align the Velcro strips accordingly so that the hook and loop side are flat and not bunched up at all. Turn cuff right side out. If you require a quicker drying method place the XT in the dryer on the gentle setting to make sure that the suit isn't getting unwanted heat applied to the XT's rubber zippers, waterproof/windproof membrane and heat sealed taped seams. That could damage the waterproofing and void your warranty.

As a quadriplegic for 29 years, I get cold easily. I have a heater on my computer desk I use all year long. When it comes to hunting, it’s very important for me to stay warm because hunting is my passion. I came across this suit about five years ago and it has been a game changer. Although I can’t feel anything from my chest down, I often wonder what does my body feel. I decided to place a Govee wireless thermometer between my feet to see. I was shocked when I seen the results on a 20+ degree morning, as well as my dad and wife. I have a bummed left arm so I don’t use the arms while hunting. I just leave my left arm tucked inside of the suit and leave my right arm out to drive with. After seeing how warm my body stays while wearing the suit, I now wear less layers.

I love this thing!!! Omg! It is easy, warm, comfy, large pockets, convenient....so I am on a field all the time. With all the wind and rain and snow and always being cold....it no longer bothers me. My son and I recently went to an Iowa football game. Our seats were in the upper bowl with no protection from the elements. The forecast was back and forth on rain. The temps were in the low 50s with a fairly light wind. This jacket is packable and has a nice carry strap, so even with a fairly long walk to the stadium it wasn't a burden to bring along. The nice lady working security assured me it wasn't going to rain so I wouldn't need a jacket. She was mistaken, but since the jacket was easily deployed I wasnt upset. I stayed warm and dry all night. The Hawks put the game out of reach early in the second half, but even as the rain came down harder I was content to stay until the end. If you spend any time outdoors, this jacket is a must have.

It is so warm and comfortable
Fantastic customer service, my suit arrived in a few short days and is excellent. My passion for hunting deer is to hunt on the ground (like turkey hunting) making small strategic moves in thickets (where no one else hunts and no big trees exist for stands). The key to this type of hunting is to be still, alert and ready to take a shot as the deer move thru these areas like ghosts. I’m in there home and sanctuary To be ready and still, you have to be comfortable and the IWO outer wear suit is PERFECT for this. I am really regretting not getting a photo of the IWOM and my buck together. I shot a nice 11pt last rifle season in Wisconsin on opening morning. You have made a great product! I sold my Heater Body Suit for the IWOM and love it!
IF I hadn't discovered the IWOM product line a few years ago, I'd have never got the chance to kill this deer because I'd have stayed home or froze out and left!
My sister's first buck after 30 years of hunting. It was 22 degrees this morning. We were out 10 minutes before the break of light, and the shot was at 10:15. With those temps, she rarely lasts more than a half hour. She was still good to go when she let that bolt fly!

I received my IWOM jacket 2.0 just in time to go to grandson double header baseball game. The weather has been cold and windy. It was 50 degrees when I left home but it didn't take much for it to drop into 30's. Without my IWOM I would have had to leave the games. With a little layering underneath, it did the trick! 2nd game I had the bottom pulled down, sorry didn't get a photo of that!
It was easy to put back into jacket position! This is a great versatile jacket, a must have!!!

The IWOM is an absolute game changer for me! I've always struggled to enjoy hunting because I was always the one in my family that was cold first and always the reason why hunts were cut short. Since my first introduction to IWOM more than 3 years ago, I'm now the LAST one ready to head home. I was able to stick it out long enough in 2020 to get my first buck! Being a female hunter isn't easy. 85% of hunting apparel is made for men. When you have to wear layer upon layer of bulky gear made for a man in order to try to stay warm, the ability to move in general becomes quite a task! I always feel like the kid on A CHRISTMAS STORY. Haha. With the IWOM I can wear MY clothes and not have to layer or be so bulky that I feel like I can't move. I am a person that struggles with some claustrophobia as well, so when my brother first introduced me to IWOM an I saw how your feet get zippered in, I panicked. However, there is enough room in the IWOM that I don't feel trapped. I love the versatility of it too! Carry it as a bag, wear it as a coat, whatever is comfortable for you.

I originally purchased the regular 3xl. I have an abnormal reach so the sleeve length was too short. I'm 6'3"fingertip to fingertip and am only about 5'9"-5'10". With the longer arms my sleeves were too short and very negatively affected the fit. So if your reach is taller than the suit is recommended for, get the tall version. The tv is a 78". I called IWOM with my concerns and they were already working on the issue based on the email I sent the previous evening. Allen and the team were all over it. I think the one I sent back and the replacement high fived one another as they passed each other in transit. Friday to Sunday is FAAAAST customer service. Amazing product and even better customer service! I couldn't be any more pleased
