Return Policy
IWOM Outerwear LLC offers a 90 day money back guarantee on online purchases. Special ordered items are not eligible for returns unless they have a manufacturer's defect. Shipping costs are non-refundable and return shipping fees are the responsibility of the customer.
When washing your IWOM Hunting Suit, first open all of the zippers so that is allows water to flow through it and not get trapped. Remove the fleece lined hand warmer insert by detaching the Velcro in the inside of the cuff opening. Turn XT inside out so that the inner lining that was closest to your body is exposed. For the wash settings be sure to use gentle option with cold water. Hang air drying is recommended. Hang the XT inside out for one day, then turn XT camo side out for the second day of drying. At the end of the second day reinstall the hand warmer insert by first turning the cuffs inside out. Insert the fleece muff with the U shape down. Align the Velcro strips accordingly so that the hook and loop side are flat and not bunched up at all. Turn cuff right side out. If you require a quicker drying method place the XT in the dryer on the gentle setting to make sure that the suit isn't getting unwanted heat applied to the XT's rubber zippers, waterproof/windproof membrane and heat sealed taped seams. That could damage the waterproofing and void your warranty.

My IWOM XT is my go to piece of gear when the temps drop into the 30’s. Perfect for sitting all day during firearm season and so quiet it’s ideal for bowhunting as well. Well made and a great value for what you get. Love mine.
It keeps me warm in the coldest weather. It is windproof and insulated sufficiently to keep me toasty sitting in my tree stand for hours. I purchased my IWOM 3 years ago at the Harrisburg Sportsmans Show and have used it at least a dozen times. Two things I would recommend: 1. Use a heaver duty zipper for the bottom foot enclosure and sew the zipper end so it cannot travel into the stop/ends. I have had to repair mine twice now...first time I super glued the zipper end because it separated, second time I hand sewed the zipper end so it could not physically travel to the end of the zipper, and 2. either change out the strap stay to metal (from the cheap plastic that you currently use), or drill and pin the clasp to the back piece so it doesn't pop off when you are cinching up the waist strap in the woods, in the dark, at the bottom of your tree stand. This has happened to me twice now, so I drilled and installed two small screws to keep the thing from pulling apart. I was lucky to have found the piece both times. Otherwise the suit is the warmest piece of gear I own and has kept me warm on the coldest of days. It's a very good product but could be great with a few minor improvements.

I went back and forth for 2 seasons thinking either that I didn't need one or it was too expensive. After the first cold sit of the season, you'll kick yourself for not buying it earlier.
Purchased my IWOM XT after hunting with a close friend who had one. I watched him sit all day comfortably as a sat and shivered in my old hunting gear. Now my only problem is staying awake on a cold windy day as I get rocked to sleep in my tree stand.
